Dutroux, The escape is a documentary fiction that retraces the incredible escape of the Belgian public enemy number one who put the Belgian, Luxembourg and French police forces on alert for more than three hours. This documentary reconstructs in detail the different sequences of the escape: from the escape from the Courthouse of Neufchâteau, to the arrest of the fugitive in Chiny’s woods and the unprecedented mobilization of Luxembourg police forces to prevent Dutroux from entering the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
